CitiMortgage, Inc. has been participating in the home loan mortgage modification program since April 13, 2009 and has a possible 233,924 homeowners who qualify for a home loan mortgage modification. Recently, a report was released saying CitiMortgage, Inc. has 100,126 active trail modifications at the present time and has made 271 home loan mortgage modifications permanent for homeowners.

Out of their total, the number of trial home loan mortgage modifications and permanent home loan modification, CitiMortgage has become one of the forerunners in this program with 43% of its homeowners either in a trial or permanent modification period.
