They were the “poster family” for William Lyon Homes’ Ivy development.

Jonathan and Jill Cavotta were the fifth buyers chosen to get a $468,000, two-story dream home when the Irvine project opened on July 11.

They were interviewed by company publicists and posed for a photo in front of a model home, along with their twin 16-month-old sons, Ethan and Colton, and their fluffy, white bichon frise, Cleauso.
