The West Michigan residential real estate market saw further improvement in November, following a surprisingly good October.

Kalamazoo area housing sales increased 22.3 percent from November 2008 sales, according to the Greater Kalamazoo Association of Realtors. The increase is the “largest yearly percentage jump in home sales when comparing any two months over the last five years,” the organization noted.
