A seminar to help first time home buyers with financing and mortgage application will take place Feb. 11 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the JCC Conference Center on Route 60 in Dunkirk.

The program is presented by Chautauqua Opportunities for Development Inc. (CODI), Home Front Inc., Neighborworks Americas and the State of New York Mortgage Agency (SONYMA).
