Lower-priced homes starting to sell in Anderson
While business may not be booming in new home construction, two competing housing developments in Anderson are boasting sales late this year.
Houses priced under $200,000 are getting built and sold in the developments of Silvergate, located south of Safeway on Shenandoah Way, and Homewood, north of downtown on Oak Street.
