Andrew Heyward has listed for sale a six-bedroom, nine-bath home at 929 Foothill Road in Beverly Hills for $12.75 million.

Heyward bought the property for $9.75 million in May 2006. The 7,624-square-foot house was built in 1957 in North Beverly Hills neighborhood.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent for the home.
