Real estate search engine Roost.com has added the Memphis metropolitan area to its database service.

The site uses data from local Realtors and the local Multiple Listing Service to draw much of its information, the company stated in a release.

The site provides up-to-date listings of single-family homes, foreclosed properties, new construction and for sale by owner properties listed on the Internet.
