Palm Coast begins home-buying program
The City of Palm Coast will begin accepting applications on Monday from qualified individuals wishing to purchase a home.
The city will be working with local government partners to offer up to $30,000 per applicant for financial assistance through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
