Seminar in San Lorenzo to help homeowners stave off foreclosure
Local Realtor Jose Diaz was at the center of the action during the peak of the real estate bubble.
Now that the bubble has burst, he is trying to help those in financial trouble.
As part of his efforts, Diaz will hold a free seminar aimed at those who are at risk of foreclosure and are hoping to stay in their homes. It will be held 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the San Lorenzo Library, 395 Paseo Grande.
According to ForeclosureRadar.com, banks have repossessed nearly 4,000 homes in Alameda County.
