UT ready to move on selling president’s mansion
A subcommittee of the State Building Commission has approved the sale of the University of Tennessee president’s house in Sequoyah Hills.

During the fall board meeting earlier this month, UT trustees approved the process to sell the house, although trustees must still sign off on whatever offer is made on the property.
