VA Home Loan Mortgage Rates December 7 – Rates Mixed

VA home loan mortgage rates for December 7th, 2009 have been mixed all day.  To start the day the conventional 30 year fixed mortgage was up but has recently turned around and is down to 4.7%.  The conventional 15 year fixed was up early as well but is now down to 4.2%.  The conventional 5/1 ARM is up to 3.81%.  VA home loan mortgage rates are generally .5% to 1% lower than conventional mortgage rates but make sure to check with your lender and see what rate you can qualify for.
