What the new year and new decade will hold for housing market
Every year at this time, I peer into my crystal ball and attempt to determine the future of housing for the new year, if not the new decade.
It seems clear that foreclosures will continue, though not at the same magnitude of the past two years. The housing market is rebounding, but a growing crisis is on the horizon for commercial properties. If landlords, big and small, lose their properties, how will this affect the rest of us? That is a question yet to be answered.
